Abby, Daddy and I left her tea party and headed out to the
American Girl Store. We had reservations for dinner at the Bistro and then Abby was going to use her birthday money to do a little shopping. She was able to buy her doll, Abigayle 3 new outfits, a hairbrush and a pet dog named Honey. She had the best time just looking around the store and shopping. It is truly a little girl's (and big girl's) dream! This was the first time that she has taken her birthday money to shop. She picked out a couple of things and then seemed a little hesitant. Daddy and I actually encouraged her to spend more of her money. I'm sure we won't have to do this when she's a teenager. We made an appointment to get her doll's hair done and then headed into the bistro for dinner. The bistro was adorable. Everything was a shade of pink. So cute!! Abby had her favorites-fruit, chicken fingers and mac-n-cheese. Then she had the cutest little ice cream cones for dessert. The staff sang Happy Birthday to her and she loved every minute of it. We finished up and had Abigayle's hair styled. We finished off our night by shopping at Best Buy. Abby got a DS case and a new game. We all had a great time. Daddy and I love to spend time with each of the kid's individually. Abby told us that it was one of her best days ever!!!
