A Few Minutes of Freedom

We have been cooped up in our house for over a week.  The sickness started last Wednesday and it hasn't let up yet.  Nathan's cough is pretty much gone so he's good.  Abby who was diagnosed with strep last Saturday is still running a fever.  It starts back every 4-5 hours and between the fevers she feels fine.  We all have a bad case of cabin fever around here.  Yesterday we went on the porch to eat Popsicles and get a little fresh air. It started sprinkling as we finished so the kids begged to go out in the rain.  Since it was barely raining I let them play on the sidewalk for all of 5 minutes.  They were so excited! Poor bored kids!
