After unveiling the big surprise we drove a few more hours to Orlando to check into our hotel. We stayed at a Holiday Inn resort because we had 2 nights free due to Bobby's traveling. Woohoo! We were able to stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with lots of room to spread out. We checked in and headed out to Magic Kingdom. We had tickets to attend the Christmas party. It was awesome (especially for a person like me who LOVES everything Christmas). We rode rides for the first few hours until the Christmas festivities began. Of course, we had to ride the Buzz ride first. We may have ridden it twice (and a total of 4 times that night). After we rode it, we just happened to run into Buzz Lightyear! Then, we managed to squeeze in several more rides. We met Cinderella and the Evil Stepsisters. They were so good to spend a lot of time with the kids. Later we met Woody, Jessy and Bullseye at a character dance party. We watched a few Christmas shows and saw the lighting of the castle which was beautiful. We enjoyed our free cookies and hot chocolate a few times. Our night ended with the Christmas parade. I love all of the Disney parades but this one was awesome. The kids had all pretty much fallen asleep by the time we found a place to watch the parade. We just let them sleep until it started but we had no problem waking them up to watch it. They loved it!!! A great time was had by all!
